Shipping, Guarantee & Return Policies
Online Shopping - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB
credit cards. Checks / International Money Orders can be used for mail orders.
Checks are only accepted from customers in the USA, New Zealand & Australia. Customers
in the USA can post orders to either our US office or to our
New Zealand office. Please note reference # 905125.
Shipping Policy - If you are paying in US dollars, we charge $6.50 for
shipping and handling worldwide for all standard orders less than $60.00 US.
Free shipping for orders $60 US and over.
You will receive an
automated email confirmation when you place your order so you can check the accuracy
of your order and shipping address. You will receive another email when your order
leaves our facilities. We always ship your order either the same day it arrives, or
the next business day at the latest. Your order is dispatched using New Zealand Post.
Standard delivery is by priority airmail. For most countries it takes between 1 to 2
business days for your order to enter your mail system.
Please note that
some countries including Canada, Malaysia and the Philippines often have longer delivery
times due to customs delays.
